The popularity of a Thai street food restaurant, that started in 蜜柚直播 in 2020, has prompted its fourth location.
leased 1,920 square feet in the , 5350 E. Broadway at Craycroft Road.
The tenant was represented by Craig Finfrock, of Commercial Retail Advisors. Isaac Figueroa, with Larsen Baker, represented the landlord, The Plaza at Williams Centre II LLC.
Tuk Tuk Thai owners Noy and Bud Sayso feature street foods such as Hoy Joh meatballs, sweet and savory wrapped in fried bean curd skin and chicken and pork ping, where the meat is marinated in evaporated milk and served with a spicy tamarind sauce.
Their three other locations are at 2990 N. Campbell Ave., 12125 N. Oracle Road and 6878 E. Sunrise Drive.

- The Lina Fang Trust bought the 12-unit Longfellow Court at 3950 E. Elmwood St. and 15-33 N. Longfellow Ave. for $1.3 million. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez, with Picor, represented the buyer and seller, 15 Longfellow LLC.
- leased 6,619 square feet of industrial space at 4355 S. Santa Rita Ave. from DSSL Associates LLC. Alex Demeroutis, with Picor, and Gary Ceder, with Cushman & Wakefield New York, represented the tenant. Gary Emerson, with GRE Partners LLC, represented the landlord.
