One of the city’s first high-rise buildings is celebrating its 50th year with several new tenants.
Nine businesses have leased space at since the fourth quarter of 2024.
“Ownership truly values this iconic asset, and since 2009, the team at 5151 has worked hard to preserve the integrity of this building while significantly upgrading the infrastructure and amenities,†said Mark Isenberger, with Picor Commercial Real Estate Services, who is the property manager. “Tenants like working here and appreciate the magnificent views, use of the conference center, gym, high-speed elevators, abundant parking, area conveniences, and open-door access to property management.â€
Combined, the new tenants will occupy 61,627 square feet of space: BFL Construction Co., DFDG Architecture, ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ Medical Center’s Revenue Cycle department, Bayada Home Health Care, Inc., Guild Mortgage, Big Bully Turf, Pet Food Compliance, Spoke Coworking Tower Suites and Koty-Leavitt Insurance Agency.

Thomas J. Nieman and Molly Mary Gilbert, with Picor, represented the landlord, , in all the leases.
The 17-story building at 5151 E. Broadway was originally Great Western Bank.

The ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ high rise office building at 5151 E. Broadway that opened in 1975 has landed several new tenants.
Other local commercial activity includes:
- Andreas Castillo and Joey Castillo of VOLK Company handled the lease between Plaza 22 Baceline LLC and LLC for 5,630 square feet of space at 7701-7475 E 22nd Street. Gypsy Caravan & Emporium will operate an antique and craft retail store offering space to local crafters and antique enthusiasts.
- Taqueria y Hot Dogs Zahid leased 2,680 square feet of restaurant space at 727 W. Ajo Way from Restivo Family Trust. Aaron LaPrise, with Picor, handled the transaction
- Bang Fitness leased an additional 1,300 square feet of retail space at Campbell Square, 3250 N. Campbell Ave. The square, near Fort Lowell Road, is now fully leased. The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker Isaac Figueroa.
- Natera Inc. leased 1,125 square feet at Liberty Plaza, 315 W. Irvington Road. Ryan Shirley and Scott Soelter, with NAI Horizon, handled this transaction.
- leased 530 square feet at 8567 N. Silverbell Road. The clinic is expected to open this summer. Craig Finfrock, of Commercial Retail Advisors LLC, represented the Landlord, Namaki Living Trust.
