The Southern ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ Animal Food Bank has moved into smaller quarters in order to spend less money on rent and more on food for ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ pets.
The group leased 1,554 square feet at 4444 E. Grant Road, west of Swan Road, from Kolvoord Family Limited Partnership. Rob Tomlinson, with Picor, represented the landlord and Kyle Trafton, with Goldsmith Real Estate LLC, represented the tenant.

The Southern ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ Animal Food Bank is now open at its new location, 4444 E. Grant Road.
The food bank collects food for all sorts of pets, including horses and rabbits, but its biggest need is wet and dry dog food and cat food.
Monetary donations are used to buy food.

It relocated from 3,200 square feet in Monterey Village, 6212 E. Speedway.
The new shop has a small retail component where pet clothing, collars, toys and crates, that are donated by big pet companies, are sold at discounted prices.

If you need help with your pet’s food, call (520) 268-7299 to schedule a time to fill out paperwork and get some food.
The food bank is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and closed Wednesdays and Sundays.

Ross Dress for Less Inc. leased 32,295 square feet at 6230 N. Oracle Road. Jayme Fabe, with NAI Horizon, represented the tenant.
