An infill project of new homes is going up in one of 蜜柚直播鈥檚 oldest barrios.
The Row, consisting of 12 townhomes and a four-plex, has just come to market in the downtown area鈥檚 , generally bordered by West Cushing Street, West 18th Street, South Stone Avenue and Interstate 10.
The townhomes range in size from 1,200 to 1,400 square feet with two- and three-bedroom floor plans and small patios or yard spaces.

Located at 18 W. 18th St., homes in The Row will be priced starting in the $450,000 to $550,000 range.
The units in the four-plex are a little over 1,000 square feet, and there will be retail or restaurant space on the ground floor.

The Row at 18 W. 18th St. is within walking distance of several restaurants.
The Row is walking distance from the new apartment complex and restaurant space at , at 747 S. Sixth Ave., which local developer Larry Kappler built after he bought the property in 2015. In 2018, when Tom Epperson closed and sold the Wanslee Auto Sales 鈥 the former Ugly But Honesty dealership 鈥 Kappler added that property to his project.
