Residents in Oro Valley and 蜜柚直播 came together in a national "No Kings Day of Defiance" protest, to counter the military parade in Washington D.C. to mark the Army's 250th听anniversary, which coincides with President Trump's birthday. The event is organized by the听50501 Movement.听The name 50501 stands for 50 states, 50 protests, one movement.听
鈥淣o Kings鈥 follows several days of protests in 蜜柚直播 and nationwide听against federal immigration raids.

Protests are planned in nearly 2,000 locations across the country, from city blocks and small towns to courthouse steps and community parks, organizers said, but no events are scheduled in Washington, D.C., where the military parade will take place in the evening.
Huge, boisterous crowds marched in New York, Atlanta, Denver, Chicago, Houston and Los Angeles, some behind 鈥渘o kings鈥 banners in boisterous, and mostly calm demonstrations.
