Former President Barack Obama spoke in ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥ for the first time since 2011 to campaign for Vice president Kamala Harris on October 18, 2024 on the campus of the University of ÃÛèÖÖ±²¥.Â
“Together we’ve got a chance to choose a new generation of leadership in this country and start building a better and stronger and fairer and more hopeful America,†Obama told the crowd.
Obama joined a growing list of visits to the state by candidates in the race for the White House and their political surrogates.
